We had a great time at the Stockyard Grill. Our food was fantastic, even though I know their staff is new. Sometimes it takes a little while to get it all worked out with your cooks and servers. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, our waitress was amazing and took great care of us. Steaks were cooked perfectly and we were even able to heat up our leftovers in the air fryer and it was still good and moist. Definitely give it a try and support our new local startups.

It was our first time in & everything was great! We started with the stockyard chips, pulled pork fritters, and then split the stockyard burger with fries. It was more than enough food for two people. Best burger we’ve had in a long time. The place was packed when we got here. We got the last table, but the food came out really quick. Matt was our server & he was incredible. Best service and meal we’ve had in a long time. Great addition to Newark!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food came out promptly and was delicious! I highly recommend the barbacoa egg rolls. It was our first time there, and we will be returning.

Everything was delicious and the staff was all very kind and helpful. The only reason I gave only 4 stars for the atmosphere is because they were too busy for the staff that they had to keep dishes picked up. Texas triple smash burger was great! Too much for my husband to finish. The seared chicken quinoa bowl was full of flavor and a huge serving! We will definitely be back soon!!!

We had a fabulous dinner there tonight! My Wife had the ribeye and I had the red snapper and grits. Both were phenomenal! Matt was our server and he was absolutely awesome! It was a perfect dinner! The atmosphere is amazing. They have done an amazing job with every aspect of the restaurant. The steak was cooked perfect, tender, and tasted great according to my Wife. The red snapper and grits was better than any I have had at The Back Porch or any other coastal location! The Chef is to be complimented for great work. We had a nice conversation with the owner. We will be back soon!
